BAN address evidence
How French address pages can be useful—and indexable
The official Base Adresse Nationale is the identity backbone for French communes, streets and addresses. This site will publish a page only when the BAN reference is joined to useful, independently reusable place evidence.

Release qualification
A candidate page needs a stable BAN identifier, official-source provenance, a visible collection/update date, and useful location-specific content. Empty combinations, raw address lists and pages created only to multiply URLs stay out of the sitemap.
Source boundary
