Address identity: Base Adresse Nationale, official BAN data under Licence Ouverte 2.0. The site must retain attribution and update dates. Protected intermediary feeds are marked rights-pending until their official provenance is verified.

Market: Demandes de valeurs foncières (DVF), published by Direction générale des Finances publiques under Licence Ouverte 2.0 and the dataset’s specific reuse conditions.

The official dataset notice prohibits reuse that enables external search-engine indexing and warns against indirect re-identification. French Property Facts therefore marks every DVF-derived page noindex and does not publish individual records.

Risk: GASPAR commune risk summaries, Licence Ouverte 2.0.

Public output: Only regional, departmental and commune-level statistical summaries are intended for public indexation. Raw DVF transaction, address and parcel records are not republished or made indexable.

R2 possession is not publication permission. New datasets remain private until their licence, attribution, privacy and product use have been reviewed.
