Method and legal boundary

Useful evidence with a strict indexing boundary

The source corpus is deduplicated by the importer and grouped into defined target regions. It is used only for broad contextual outputs; the site never exposes an individual DVF transaction or parcel record.

The official DVF terms state that reuse must not enable external search-engine indexing of the data. Every page containing DVF-derived figures therefore carries both an HTML noindex directive and an HTTP X-Robots-Tag. Exact DVF records are not published.

Official Base Adresse Nationale data has a different publication boundary: BAN is published under Licence Ouverte 2.0 and the official guidance states that it contains no personal data. BAN may support useful indexable commune, street and address-reference pages, but an address string alone is not enough to qualify a page.

BAN pages must cite the official source, show the data update date and avoid implying ownership, valuation or transaction evidence. Joining BAN to DVF never makes DVF indexable. Any protected intermediary feed remains rights-pending until its official BAN provenance, licence metadata and transformations are verified.

Risk information is shown only as commune context and keeps the official caveat that it is not a property-specific determination.
